 Linda is a life-long zero waste advocate! After college, Linda became the Education Director at Garbage Reincarnation, Inc., a research, education, and community center that operated buybacks, and reuse centers. She is also the former Executive Director of the GrassRoots Recycling Network (GRRN), which is now Zero Waste USA. She currently serves as the Race to Zero Waste Board Chair and works on her own zero waste podcast.

 Brad Parry is the Vice Chairman for the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation, where he also serves as the Tribe’s natural resource officer, managing and directing the Wuda Ogwa restoration project. Previously, he spent over 18 years with the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation, focusing on water quality improvement and Col

 Samuel McMullen is the CEO and co-founder of ZeroWaste.Org, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people, businesses, and cities take concrete steps towards zero waste. Based in New York City, Samuel has been living a zero waste lifestyle for over ten years, a commit-ment that has shaped both his personal and professional life.

Pål Mårtensson has been in waste management for 20 years and in the zero waste movement for fifteen. He is the creator behind first ECO-Park in the world, Kretsloppsparken Alelyckan, which is used as a model for public and private sectors worldwide. Pal travels extensively as a World Ambassador for Let’s Do It World, mapping trash in 19 d

Britt, who recently ran for State Senate in Louisiana on a women’s rights platform, is the author of the children’s book, “Look Up! Fontaine the

 Senior Fellow Dr. Vijay Jagannathan provides strategic and technical advice to WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. He is also Secretary General of CityNet, an association of 140+ urban stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region, and an adjunct professor at the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He is a member of a Panel of Eminent Persons advising the UN Secretary General on how to implement Zero Waste strategies.

 In addition to his work at CAPws, Ahmed is Senior Policy Advisor on Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) to the Nigerian National Assembly House Committee on Environment. His efforts drive impactful environmental policies and global cooperation on chemicals, waste, and pollution control. He is an accredited observer to a number of major UN environmental processes.

David Ly serves as Director, Business Initiatives at ReFED, where he collaborates with businesses to accelerate their efforts to reduce food waste. David earned his Bachelor in Supply Chain Management and MBA from the University of Minnesota. He began his career at Deloitte, then spent five years with General Mills and Hormel Foods. In addition to his role at ReFED, David teaches Creative Economies as an adjunct faculty member at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
